In this illustrated day of talks and exercises, award winning garden designer Keri Fitzpatrick will first explain how to avoid those garden ‘down times’, so that you have shape, colour and interest all through the year.
Following that Keri will explain how designers use plants to create seasonal interest and introduce you to her ‘top performers’ then by the end of the day you will know how to either tweak or completely re-design your planting to have all-season interest.

This course is for anyone who struggles with those ‘boring’ times in the garden when nothing is happening.
Old Barn Garden Centre is one of the largest nurseries in Sussex. The talk will be held in their purpose-built studio ‘The Garden Room’.
Course Tutor:Kerianne (Keri) Fitzpatrick studied garden and landscape design at the University of Brighton, and has exhibited at RHS Hampton Court and also at Gardeners World Live, where she was awarded a Gold Medal. She has a passion for travel and natural landscapes and draws on her vast range of travel experience for inspiration.
