If you are struggling to keep your garden in order, or you are planning a new scheme with limited time, award winning garden designer Keri Fitzpatrick has the tips and tools to help. By choosing ‘well-behaved’ plants that are right for your garden, you can have a colourful and interesting scheme with the minimum of maintenance.

In this illustrated 1 day workshop, Keri will explain how to prepare your garden and plant correctly to achieve that illusive low maintenance garden. By the end of the day you will feel that your garden is a pleasure and not a chore.

• Keeping your garden healthy with minimal effort
• Favourite plants for a well-behaved garden
• Combining plants so they need less care

Tutor:

Kerianne (Keri) Fitzpatrick studied garden and landscape design at the University of Brighton, and has exhibited at RHS Hampton Court, and at Gardeners World Live winning a gold medal. She has travelled extensively and brings this and her love of nature to her designs.

Keri teaches in small groups, and her course days are designed to be relaxed, informal, and interactive.

Old Barn Nurseries is one of the largest nurseries in Sussex. The course will be held in Old Barn’s purpose-built studio, The Garden Room, and their nursery has a myriad of wonderful plants to inspire you.
